Founded in 1948, Costa Cruises is an Italian cruise line and a full-owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation since the year 2000. Having headquarters in Genoa, Italy; Costa Cruises is having a fleet of 10 ships and all of them sail under the Italian Flag. Carnival Cruises are operating at international level. Popular itineraries include the sailings in Mediterranean, Northern Europe, and Far East region.

Enjoy a signature dish created by world-renowned chefs every night at Archipelago. Discover the area dedicated to Nutella, and it’s the one that the whole family bonds together with. Taste the best red or white wines at Frescobaldi Wine Experience. Birreria is one brewery that offers an authentic taste experience all the time. After food, it’s time for whole-sum entertainment at Rope Garden Adventure Park built for the brave and agile hearts. Enjoy Minigolf and Outdoor Soccer Table Area and challenge your friends & organize tournaments.

Guests can look to relax at the very own Beauty Spa Solemio, and you can ask for a hairdresser, facial marks, and manicure at your own will. Looking for a workout, you can keep your shape at the Area Gym that overlooks the sea. Get together with your friends at the Theatre and enjoy musicals, comedy shows, and acrobats, taking place every day. Play at the Casino with exciting options like Roulette and Poker complemented by new slot machines, and electronic gaming.

Dining

Costa Cruises has partnered with Michelin-awarded Italian Chef Ettore Bocchia to savour Italian cuisines on its vessels. Chef Bocchia, along with Costa’s waitstaff & buffet attendants, go to great lengths to make sure your dining experience is an unforgettable one. Few restaurants on specific cruise itineraries also feature cuisines and specialities from around the world.

The guests having food at the main dining room are assigned to one of two seating for their evening meal. You can request for dinner seating preferences at the time of booking, but they are not guaranteed. Seating to all is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. If the restaurant is operating at full capacity, the wait-listed guests will be provided a pager and will be called when a table becomes available.

On the deck, Costa Cruises would like you to dress up casually with the exception of two formal nights. On the formal nights, men can wear a dark suit or a tuxedo and women should dress in an evening gown or cocktail dress. The staff won’t let you in the main dining room if you’re wearing shorts or swimwear.

Tea, Coffee and Water are complimentary and juice is included with breakfast. If you need alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, you can buy special package onboard or at the time of booking the package.

If you’ve need for low-calorie, low-fat, low-carbohydrate, low-sugar, vegetarian, low sodium, low/no cholesterol, gluten free and Indian vegetarian food; make sure you make it no later than 2 weeks prior to sailing.
Smoking Policy

Cigarette and E-cigarette smoking isn’t allowed in certain exterior open deck areas and in certain areas on the ship. Cigarette smoking will only be permitted in selected deck areas. Smoking on Costa Cruises is permitted in indicated external smoking areas and on guest cabin balconies, where windproof ashtrays will be made available.
