My Trips Time is a digital travel platform which helps fellow travellers to find the best deals on flight booking, hotel, cruise line, or any other travel related services. Based on your preferences, with My Trips Time, you can find the cheapest, most comfortable, exclusively available or any other booking which you find to be most convenient for you.

My Trips Time has partnerships with various airlines, hotels, resorts, car rental and cruise line. Based on this, we can recommend the best deals on different travel services. On every booking made through us, we charge a service fee which is our income.

All you need to do is provide the details of your planned trip (dates, origin/destination, number of people and other preferences). Based on which we will list you the best available flights from different airlines, best hotel deals and various other options which will be most convenient for you.

New Booking

  • Type of trip (One-way, round trip or a multi-city flight)
  • Flight details (origin/destination, flight dates, travel class)
  • Number of passengers
  • Any special request related to your trip.

Travel class and the fare type are determined by the airlines with which you are booking the Flight. Generally, with any airline, you can find three options when it comes to travel class. There are:

  • Main Cabin/Basic Economy Ticket: This refer to the main cabin area in the Flight where most of the seat are located. Also known as Saver Fare, the basic economy ticket is the least expensive ticket which any airlines can offer. Within the main cabin you are also chose the premium seat (premium economy) offering more space and other in-flight services.
  • Business Cabin: These tickets offer more space and privacy to the passengers while travelling. Business class tickets tend to be more expensive, and with many airlines, they are the highest cabin class available for the passenger to book. Seats in the business class cabins are more spacious, and there are recliners with many other services available to the passengers.
  • First Class Cabin: Only a few airlines offers First Class ticket in their flights. First class passengers enjoy maximum hospitality.

Prices of the flight ticket are determined by the airlines and may vary based on the demand and many other factors. While the existing prices can be higher than the earlier price, here is what you can do:

  • You can check our database for the lowest possible fare available on the same destination with the same or any other airline.
  • Use a discount code to reduce the fare prices, for which you need to contact our customer support.

Low-cost carriers are some of the few airlines that offer the cheapest Flights than any normal flight ticket. With low-cost carriers, some of the services are excluded, and without them, you can still travel. However, you can still get those services for an additional price. Some of the low-cost carrier operating within states includes Spirit, Frontier, Southwest, Allegiant, Jet-Blue and many others.

For any booking you are making with the My Trips Time, you need the fare prices of the ticket along with government fare and taxes along with our service fee associated with the booking.

Whether you can use travel credits for your booking or not will depend on the rules and restrictions of the service provider. With most of the airlines booking you can use miles to save some few bucks. However, you cannot use the miles or any travel credits for our service fee or any government fare and taxes.

For domestic travel, you can confirm your booking through a genuine, valid, government issued ID. However, while travelling internationally providing passport details is mandatory.

Generally, with a basic economy ticket or the saver fare, one baggage is included in the ticket to be carried by one passenger. Business and first-class passengers can enjoy additional baggage allowance.

In case of excess baggage allowance, passengers need to pay additional baggage fees. For the passengers having flight booking in the low-cost carrier, it is recommended to check the baggage allowance first even with the basic ticket as most of them does not permit any baggage allowance for free.

Make Changes to Existing Booking

You, can request to switch to another flight with different date. However, whether you are going to get confirmed reservation will rely on seat availability and the airlines policies with which you have made bookings. Also, keep in mind that in case of higher fare, you need to pay for the fare difference.

It totally depends on the airline with which you have made your flight bookings. While some airlines charge an additional amount, others have waived their flight change fee.

You can visit the official sources of the airlines, i.e. official website, customer support, and airline help-desk, with your flight itineraries, i.e. booking confirmation number and passenger's name. Otherwise, you can simply contact us using your booking number.

It totally depends on the airlines policy with which you have confirmed your flight reservation. While some airlines permits flight changes up-to 10 minutes prior to the flight departure, others restrict flight changes within the last 24 hours before the travel commencements.

Many airlines do not allow modification of flight bookings after check-in has been done. Through check-in, it simply means that you are ready to board the Flight without any further query. However, with some airlines, you can make changes for which you need to cancel the check-in and boarding pass, make readjustments in the flight ticket and switch to another flight.

Same-day flight changes can be requested for which the airlines charges a fixed amount depending on the flight itineraries. No doubt the same-day flight change fee will be much higher than the other applicable charges for the flight changes.

Involuntary Cancellations

Airlines cancels or reschedules the Flight on account of different reasons. Most common ones includes technical issue, bad weather, air traffic, operational reasons and crew availability.

Refer to the airline's policies, which will let you confirm your booking and learn about the available options you have in case of flight cancellation. With most airlines, passengers can opt for alternate arrangements to reach their destination. Otherwise, you can cancel your flight itineraries with a full refund.

Airlines make alternate arrangements where they can switch you the next Flight leaving for the same destination. While waiting for the Flight, meals, refreshments, accommodation and transport will be complimentary based on their flight booking and schedule of the next available Flight. It is up-to the passengers whether they wish to wait for the next Flight or simply cancel their reservations for which the airlines will be offering full refund in the original form of payment.

Airlines will notify the passenger through mail, text, or simply update the information on their official website. We will also notify you of the booking made through My Trips Time.

Compensation is subject to the airline's policies. If available, the amount of compensation will depend on the flight distance and route.

Refunds

For a full refund, it is better to cancel the flight ticket within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours of time, you need to have a refundable fare. Otherwise, you will be receiving travel credits.

Passengers also have the option to get travel credits instead or a refund in the original form of payment.

For any flight which you have cancelled, request will be processed instantly and might take upto 7 days. In case of involuntary cancellation, you need to request for refund. You can also connect with My Trips Time with your flight details to request cancellation and get your refund amount processed instantly.

No, for missed flights, airlines do not offer any option for a refund.

Refund on cancellation done through My Trips Time might take a bit longer for the refund amount to be displayed in your account.

  • If you have cancelled within 24 hours of booking, then it might take between 7-14 days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
  • After 24 hours, for any cancellation, refund (if applicable) will be processed within 3-7 days.
  • In case you have done flight booking with any low-cost carrier, then chances are likely that you have a non-refundable ticket. Thus it is advisable to cancel the same within 24 hours of booking to get a full refund.
  • For the Flight that has been cancelled by the airlines, it might take around 20-25 for the refund/compensation to processed in the banking account.

Vacation and Hotel Bookings

Vacation package comprises of a flight booking in combination with the hotel booking along with any car rental, or any other services which are optional to the passengers. Through a vacation bundle, it becomes easy for the passenger to have various travel related services at a more convenient price.

Other discounts and add-ons can come in complimentary with the vacation packages.

It depends on the vacation package you are picking and on your flight itineraries. For most vacations, you need to pay the full amount during the booking period. With these bookings, price or seat availability will be guaranteed only after the full payment has been made. Various vacation packages (including group booking) requires an initial deposit amount which is non-refundable. For further details on vacation, connect with our travel expert. Can I make a hotel booking or vacation package for more than nine passengers? In case of 10 passengers or more, it is generally recommended to ask for group travel quotes.

The hotel might charge additionally for the services that are not listed in your booking. Under this case you can show a copy of your booking confirmation reflecting the amount you need to pay for your booking.
